Every block is packed by hand in Jaipur and dispatched with tracking.
Processing time
In-stock blocks are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order and custom carvings take longer — the lead time is shown on the product page, and we confirm it in your quote.
India
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–9 working days
- Carrier: Delhivery / DTDC / India Post, with a tracking link emailed on dispatch
International
- Asia & Middle East: 7–12 working days
- Europe & UK: 8–14 working days
- North America, Australia & rest of world: 10–18 working days
- Carrier: registered India Post / DHL / FedEx depending on destination and weight
Transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs and local postal delays.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately as handicraft goods and cannot mark them as gifts or under-declare their value.
Packaging
Blocks are wrapped individually, cushioned, and boxed in recyclable materials. If anything arrives damaged, email photos to hello@neelamart.com within 7 days and we will make it right — see Returns & Refunds.
