1. About us

This website is operated by Neelam Art, a family-run wood-carving workshop based in Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact: hello@neelamart.com.

2. Quotes and orders

Prices shown on product pages are indicative. Orders are placed by inquiry or quote request; an order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and payment details. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Any currency shown in another denomination is an approximate conversion for convenience. Payment terms are set out in your order confirmation. Shipping and any applicable taxes are additional unless stated.

4. Handcrafted goods

All blocks are made by hand. Natural variation in grain, tone and carving is inherent and not a defect. Product images represent the design.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — text, photography, graphics and design catalogue — is owned by Neelam Art and may not be reproduced without permission. If you commission a custom motif from your own artwork, you confirm you have the right to use that artwork.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
